All our lending activities are funded by our shareholders, a commercial banking partner, and individual loan stockholders. As they hold investments that fund us, we’re able to help our clients with finance and bridging loans, moving their projects forward confidently, quickly and easily.
Each of our loan stockholders invest for a fixed term, typically 3 to 5 years, and currently earn up to a 6.5% return, which is variable upwards on base rate movements above 1.5%. Having experienced real success over recent years with our loan stock subscriptions, Peninsula Finance plc currently enjoy investment levels in excess of £16m.
