Background: Clients owned one hotel and were looking to purchase a second. Peninsula Finance were able to offer a bridge secured on both properties by way of a 1st charge and associated 2nd charge with a 3 month interest roll up facility taken pending the purchase of the second hotel, allowing repayment of the loan and refinance on to a traditional commercial loan facility.
