There are some minimum loan/finance periods.
In addition to out Loan-To-Value guidelines above we are also able to offer finance to cover arrangement and legal fees for the setting up of the loan. The availability of this 'top-up' facility will be assessed on a case by case basis and we believe it will assist those deals where the margins are tight and the maximum funds are required to either refinance your clients current borrowings or meet that target purchase price. Whilst adding these set up costs to the loan will increase the total mortgage liability, we believe it will enhance those funds available at drawdown and therefore enable the deal to complete on time. Interest rates range from 1.05% per month and from 5% above base per annum and are all on an interest only basis.

Arrangement and legal fees are applicable on each

We pay 1% commission at completion on all completed
introductions
